Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, President of Hadhramout University, will inaugurate the Second International Conference on Fundamental, Applied Sciences and Technology ICoFAST 2024 next Tuesday at the Ali Ahmed Bakathir Hall in the HU Presidency in Mukalla. The conference will be attended by the Governor of Hadhramout Governorate, Mr. Mubkhout Mubarak bin Madi, the Vice Presidents of the University, the Secretary-General and his assistants, staff members, deans of colleges and their deputies, and several participants in the conference.
The conference is scheduled to discuss many research papers and scientific papers in the fields of fundamental sciences and various technologies and to exchange knowledge and research ideas to meet future challenges. It will cover the following specialties: life sciences, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, technology and artificial intelligence, environmental sciences, energy, and engineering in all its sub-specialties. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore, indexed by SCOPUS and ISI WoS.
This conference is in partnership with Al-Mahra University – Yemen, Universiti Tenaga Nasional – Malaysia, and Syiah Kuala University – Indonesia, 187 titles were registered in the conference, 125 of which were accepted, and more than 95 papers will be presented in the conference sessions.
Several researchers will also participate in person or virtually, internally from different governorates, regionally or internationally, such as China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia.
