The admission exams of the new academic year 2024-2025 for Master’s and Doctoral programs in various specializations in the university’s colleges were launched in the Hall of Writer Ali Ahmed Bakathir in the HU Presidency.
The number of applicants exceeded 175, competing for 26 specializations in eight university colleges, including two doctoral programs.
Prof. Salem Faraj Bamsaud, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, indicated that there are new programs, namely a Master’s degree in Construction Management in the Engineering and Petroleum Faculty and a program in Special Education and Social Work in the Women’s Faculty and Kindergarten in the Open Education Faculty, within the plan of the Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Deputyship at Hadhramout University for the development and expansion of scientific and academic programs.
He called on the students who applied for the exams to exert more effort and diligence to obtain the study seats according to the specializations they wish to enroll, wishing them success in continuing their postgraduate studies in the colleges of Hadhramout University.
The launch was attended by Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Hassan, General Director of Scientific Research at the university, and Mr. Yasser Baabad, General Director of Admission and Registration in the Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Deputyship at Hadhramout University.
