Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, President of Hadhramout University, met at the university presidency with a delegation from the Academic Quality and Accreditation Council, headed by Dr. Susan Bakhbare, who is currently visiting Mukalla to learn about the activities and programs undertaken by Hadhramout University in accordance with academic quality and accreditation standards.
During the meeting, HU President expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Academic Quality and Accreditation Council for their efforts in facilitating the university’s procedures for applying academic quality and accreditation standards within the framework of the effective partnership between the two parties, contributing to the development and improvement of the quality of education at the university.
The head of the delegation from the Academic Quality and Accreditation Council praised the work accomplished and the interest of the Hadhramout University leadership in improving and developing the infrastructure, continuous expansion of classrooms and laboratories, and following up on the educational process in the university’s colleges. She also emphasized the importance of strengthening scientific research and paying attention to improving the competencies of the university’s graduates.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Abdullah Eidha Baheshwan, Director of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Saleh Bahwal, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, and a number of staff members at Hadhramout University.
