The Understanding Memorandum was signed at the presidency office of Hadhramout University between the Renewable Energy Studies and Research Center at Hadhramout University and the Icondec Engineering Consulting and Development Center for Chemical and Food Industries and Oil Refineries in Mukalla. The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, University President. The Understanding Memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Abdullah Ahmed Baradi, Renewable Energy Studies and Research Center Director at Hadhramout University, and Dr. Badi’ Saeed Babqi, Icondec Engineering Consulting and Development Center Director for Chemical and Food Industries and Oil Refineries. The Understanding Memorandum was baptized and officially endorsed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash. Hadhramout University President.
