Hadhramout University Awards Researcher Faiz Mohammed Bazar Al-Obthani a Master’s Degree with Distinction from The Life Sciences Department, Science Faculty, Mukalla

The Viva -Voce examination on the M.A. thesis of the researcher Faiz Mohammed Bazar Al-Obthani from the Life Sciences Department, Science Faculty, Mukalla, Hadhramout University was held in the discussion hall. The thesis is entitled “The Effect of Some Extracts of Arabian Sea Grasses on the Activity of Pathogenic Bacteria Isolated from Patients in the City of Ghail Bawazir, Yemen.”

The examination committee consisted of:

  • Prof. Dr. Khaled Nasher Salem, Chairman and External Examiner, Aden University.
  • Prof. Dr. Alawi Ahmed Maknoon, Member and Internal Examiner, Hadhramout University
  • Prof. Dr. Widad Mohammed Al-Haik, Member and Scientific Supervisor, Hadhramout University

They commended the researcher’s efforts in collecting and preparing the thesis, which presented a number of recommendations to improve the research’s aesthetic image. The committee awarded Faiz Mohammed Bazar Al-Obthani a master’s degree with distinction from the Life Sciences Department, Science Faculty, Hadhramout University. The Examination was attended by Dr. Ghazi Mathna Al-Rashidi, Science Faculty Dean, Dr. Kamal Ahmed Baoum, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, and several faculty members, researchers, and friends and family of the researcher Faiz Mohammed Bazar Al-Obthani.
