Hadhramout University President resolution No.(39) in 2020 issued on February 9, 2020 stated – after the preamble- a scholarship of Mr. Muhammad AbubakerAlmaari for Higher studies in Malaysia on expense of Hadhramout Foundation for Human Development, under article No.(1). Article No.(2) stated to grant the mentioned the entire salary during the scholarship. Article No. (3) Stated that the span of time commences from March2020 until February 2023. Article No. (4) Stated that the decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance and the concerned authorities must approve and implement it.
