Hadhramout University president resolution No. (104) in 2020 issued on September 8, 2020 stated after -the preamble- to appoint Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Basouadan as secretary-general at Education college Mukalla under the article No.(1). Article No.(2) stated to cancel any previous appointment to this position. Article No.(3) stated the decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance, and the concerned authorities must approve and implement it.
