Hadhramout University president resolution No.(131) in 2020, issued on October18, 2020 stated after -the preamble- under article No.(1) to upgrade the systematic level of the Graduates Administration to a general administration, named "General Administration of Graduates and Expatriates". Article No.(2) stated the decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance, and the concerned authorities must approve and implement the decision.
