Public Tender No. (2) 2024 (Construction and Investment of Exhibition Halls in the College Complex – Fuwa)

Hadhramout University announces the Public Tender No. (2) for the year 2024, regarding the leasing of the front land for an investment project (construction and investment of exhibition halls in the College Complex – Fuwa) according to the details specified in the tender document. The leasing system will be based on a monthly fixed amount with a 10% increase every three years. The investor shall invest in the project within a specified time period, after which the facilities shall be handed over to the university.
Those wishing to participate in this tender shall submit their written applications during official working hours to the following address: General Administration of Purchases and Stores, University Presidency – Inshaat – Fuwa – Mukalla – Hadhramout to purchase and receive the tender documents for an amount of (30,000) thirty thousand Yemeni Riyals non-refundable. The last date for receiving applications is 13/10/2024.
The offers should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address of the employer with the name of the bidder, the project, and the tender number, and shall include the following documents:
- A bank LC in the same form specified in the tender documents for not less than (25%) of the tender value, valid for (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes or a cheque acceptable to payment.
- A copy of the sales tax certificate + a valid tax card.
- A copy of the social insurance card + a valid Zakat card.
The deadline for receiving the offers is 11:00 AM on Sunday corresponding to 13/10/2024. Offers received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned in their submitted condition to their owners.
The envelopes will be opened at the employer’s headquarters mentioned above at the office of the University Secretary in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official signed and stamped authorization.
Those wishing to participate in this tender may review the tender documents during working hours for the period allowed in the tender documents for (15) days from the publication of the first announcement.
