The meeting chaired by Dr. Khalid Al-Rubaki; the Dean of the Environmental Sciences and Marine Biology faculty at Hadhramout University. He discussed the conditions of the faculty’s administrative process, and the most prominent challenges it faces during the current year 2022. It considered as the first meeting of the faculty’s administrative directors, in which many issues and challenges that impede the educational process were discussed as well as the ways to solve them.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Khalid Al-Rubaki, pointed out the general trends of the Deanship for the next stage, and the importance of the concerted efforts to improve administrative and technical work in pursuit of better levels that meet current and future desires and ambitions. Moreover, he stressed the need to adhere to the administrative rules and complete the work in a specified time, which contributes to advancing the Administrative complement process to the educational and academic process in the faculty.
In addition, the directors indicated the most prominent obstacles and issues that hinder the implementation of administrative tasks in particular, and the administrative process in general.
At the end of the meeting, the deanship of the faculty promised to work on solving these obstacles in the near future.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Dean of the faculty for Student Affairs, Dr. Ali Mohammed Ba-Abbad, and the Secretary, Ahmed Al-Khanbashi.
