The meeting was held on Tuesday, February 8th , 2022 at the office of environmental sciences & Marine Biology dean. It was attended by Dr. Khalid Awadh Al rubaki; Faculty Dean , Dr. Ali Muhammad Ba Abbad; deputy Dean for students affairs, Dr. Ahmed Eidha Bin Ali Alhaj; Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and postgraduate studies and scientific research. They met with the general director, Mr. Mubarak Nasser Ba belghaith and discussed the issues that related to the faculty outcomes and job descriptions of the graduates.
At the beginning of the meeting, The dean pointed out the existing problems regarding the job title of the graduates in the Civil Service Manual, and solving the problem of assimilating graduates in facilities and institutions that related to the faculty’s specializations. He also indicated the need to keep abreast with the new and future specializations that the faculty intends to open.
On his part, Mr. Mubarak Nasser Ba belghaith gave a clear vision on the current job titles and descriptions, and the position of the graduates in this list, indicating that many faculty graduates have obtained their share of employment in many government facilities at the governorate level and abroad. The faculty will provide statistics and documents related to titles and job descriptions as soon as possible, and the two parties agreed to continue meetings to solve problems and facilitate difficulties for the graduates.
