Students of Environmental Sciences &Marine Biology Faculty in A Scientific Visit to The Honey Center in Wadi Dawan

The students of Food & Fish Processing Technology Departmen, fourth level , accompanied by Dr. Ali Mohammed Baabad, deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Head of Food & Fish Processing Technology department , and Prof. Akram Anis bin Zaidan, the teaching assistant, made a scientific visit to the Honey Bees Center in Dawan.
During the visit, they got acquainted with the types of traditional and modern cells, the components of the cells and the bee colony, the tools for collecting and harvesting honey, and the auxiliary tools for extracting and sorting honey in Banwas, director of the center, where they were received by Professor Saeed Banawas, Director of the Center and they expressed their happiness with this visit and the knowledge and information it added .
Dr. Khaled Awad Al-Rubaki, Dean of the College, expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the scientific visit. He said that such visits are an opportunity for students to touch the reality of life, which will be their last stop after graduation.
