Prof. Salem Ali Basdiq General Director of the University’s Public Facilities, referred to the efforts of those who worked to success the eighth university student’s week for Hadhramaut University students.
The eighth university student week 2019 has been well prepared and organized by the General Administration of Public Facilities at the university since the beginning of last March, in order to facilitate the tasks of the heads of the working committees, starting with the Fourth Scientific Conference Committee and the rest of the sports and cultural committees and then preparing for the exhibition.
Prof. Salem Basadeq, General Director of Public Facilities at the Hadhramout University, added: “A technical team was formed to specialize in electricity, another to extend the water network , and another to provide transportation for students to attend university awards events that took place between the university presidency and the Fawa Colleges Complex, to facilitate the attendance of the students , in addition the movement of students to attend the activities of the university student week, and the teams that were distributed in a number of sports stadiums in Mukalla from the Al-Shaab, Al-Tadamun, Fawh and Paradim stadiums, passing through the presidential stadium and the gymnasiums at the university presidency, which requires coordination with the deans of the colleges and the sports committee.
Through the days, the large university hall, “the International Conference Hall – Hall of Professor Ali Hood Baabad ” was prepared and divided into squares to each college, entrances were organized, identification panels, decorations, and tables were placed. Then all of this was followed by identifying the colleges’ corners where students began to bring their materials of each section and put it in its final form.
We have lived through nights of pain and trouble, which was followed by a moment of satisfaction after all the hardships, as we presented this wonderful achievement to our esteemed and beloved university.
