Faculty Overview
A preparatory committee was formed to study the possibility of establishing a Faculty of Computers and Information Technology at Hadhramout University in 2012 by unifying efforts and integrating the scientific departments of computers and information technology in HU. 2017/2018 was the first academic year with two academic programs: Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Technology, after the integration of efforts and the availability of potentials. The scientific specializations of the Faculty provide the community with specialists who contribute to meeting the growing need of the community in this field at the local, regional and international level.

To provide academic programs in accordance with international quality standards in order to prepare outstanding graduates capable of meeting the needs of the labor market by employing the Faculty resources and potentials to contribute to scientific research, community development, and promote effective partnerships.
