Prof. Dr. Mohammed Saeed Khanbesh, President of Hadhramout University, met in his office at the HU presidency the delegation of Nasser Faculty of Agriculture Sciences at Aden University, headed by Prof. Dr. Fatima Mohammed Ahmed Al-Faqih, Dean of the faculty. The delegation included Prof. Dr. Mohsen Omar Qanzel, Vice Dean of the Academic Affairs, and Dr. Saeed Abdullah Badahdah, Head of the Department of Food Technology, and Dr. Gaza Mahfouz Ali
In the meeting, the president of university welcomed the visit of delegation to Hadhramaot University , and both parties discussed the ways of joint cooperation between the two universities regarding scientific and academic aspects at the faculties of both Hadhramaut and Aden universities in various fields, as well as the exchange of expertise among faculty members in discussing scientific theses in the master’s and doctoral courses. In addition to that an agreement was signed between the Nasser Faculty of Agriculture Sciences at University of Aden and the Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Marine Biology at Hadhramout University. which came to foster relationships between both universities that have extended for long years
The delegation also visited the Deputyship for Student Affairs, and met Prof. Dr. Salim Mubarak Al-Owbethani, Vice President of Student Affairs, who offered an adequate explanation about the disciplines and faculties of the univeristy, the services provided by the university for its students, the provision of student housing for students coming from outside Mukalla, the training programs provided by the Center of Hadhramout University in order to train student , and the participation of students in international competitions.
After that, the delegation of the Nasser Faculty of Agriculture Sciences at Aden University payed a go-and-see visit to the Deputyship for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, where Prof. Dr. Hadi Salim Al-Sabban, Vice President of the Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, received them, and offered a detailed explanation about studying in the master’s and doctoral courses at various faculties of the university.
Finally, the delegation visited the Information Technology Center and the University Electronic Portal, where they were provided with a detailed explanation about the activities of the center and automated and electronic services for student procedures.
