On Tuesday morning (September 3, 2019), the Deanship of the College of Engineering & Petroleum at Hadhramout University organized a training course at the College Learning Aids Hall entitled" Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)" presented by Eng. Fatima Dakeek.
"We are really interested in developing and honing our members' abilities and skills in order to raise their professional performance levels. We also urge all the trainees to take full advantage of this three-day course," Dr. Amer Bin Murdah, College Dean, said.
Eng. Fatima Dakeek, the course trainer, addressed three main themes. At the beginning of the course, she talked about the theoretical basis of Brain Dominance represented by models of Roger Sperry, Paul MacLean, and Hermann. The second theme was about HBDI characteristics and uses while the third theme was about HBDI applications in the development of personal abilities, administrative leadership, team development and family harmony. There were some related exercises during the course.
It is worth mentioning that the course targeted the heads of scientific and administrative departments as well as chairmen.
