The match of the universities volleyball championship was held between Hadhramout University team and Al-Ahqaf University team in Al-Faqid Baradm Stadium. It occurred within the university’s celebrations of its 30th anniversary and the 12th student week. Under the patronage of Prof. Muhammad Saeed Khanbash; Hadhramout University President and in the presence of Prof. Salem Mubarak Al-Obathany; Vice President of Student Affairs and Prof. Salem Muhammad Bin Salman; Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs.
The match was filled with enthusiasm and excitement as the two teams exchanged goals. Al-Ahqaf University team tried to advance and obtain the qualification card for the final match, but they were unsuccessful. Hadhramout University team won the match against Al-Ahqaf University team by three runs.
The match was attended by Mr. Zaki Bagwigo; General Director of the Student Activities Department, Mr. Anwer Jaber; the Head of the General Union of Volleyball at Hadhramout Coast, Mr. Naif Bawazir; the Head of the Sports Committee and many committee’s members and universities’ representatives.
