A workshop on “Job Description” is currently underway at the Faculty Center for Academic Development at Hadhramout University, attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khanbash, President of the University.
The workshop focuses on updating the job description guide to cover all positions and incumbents, addressing existing gaps, and revising descriptions to align with quality standards and the University’s strategic plan.
The session targets faculty secretaries, general directors at the Presidency, and directors of the University Hospital and Health Center, aiming to establish practical mechanisms for implementation, including forming specialized task forces and conducting a comprehensive review of existing descriptions.
