The Committee for the Commemoration of Former Presidents of Hadhramout University—Prof. Dr. Ahmed Omar Bamashmos and Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Bamatarf—held a coordination meeting today under the chairmanship of the University President, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khanbash. The meeting concluded with the approval of the final preliminary drafts of two biographical books, in addition to the eulogies and condolence texts dedicated to the late professors.
As previously announced, the committee reviewed the main contents of the publications, with a particular focus on documenting the most significant academic and administrative achievements of the two former presidents. The review also highlighted their distinguished contributions beyond the university, including their service to the wider local community through leadership roles in several prominent societal institutions.
The two finalized manuscripts are scheduled to be sent to print within three weeks from today, following the completion of the design and layout phase, which is being carried out under the direct supervision of the Commemoration Committee.
