Hadhramout Achieves Two Bronze Medals at the Kuwait International Inventions Exhibition

Young inventors from Hadhramout achieved an impressive presence at the 16th Kuwait International Inventions Exhibition, representing the Republic of Yemen through the Hadhramout Foundation for Invention and Scientific Advancement. Their participation resulted in a notable scientific accomplishment, earning two bronze medals.

Hadhramout University was represented by the young inventor, Mohamed Hani Bajaa’lah, who showcased his innovation titled “A Digital Bag for Diagnosing Epidemic Diseases.” The device aims to enhance the speed and accuracy of early disease detection.
Meanwhile, inventor Saeed Fahd Bamuhafadh, representing the University of Science and Technology, participated with his innovation “The Smart Bracelet for Alerting Against Cyber Extortion,” a technological solution designed to improve digital protection and strengthen personal safety in the online space.

The exhibition, held in the State of Kuwait from 8 to 11 February, featured wide participation, including 216 inventors and 166 inventions from 30 Arab and foreign countries, in a major scientific competition that reflected the level of innovation and technological advancement across diverse fields.

This achievement marks a significant addition to the growing record of scientific accomplishments by young innovators from Hadhramout and Yemen as a whole. It also reflects the pivotal role of the Hadhramout Foundation for Invention and Scientific Advancement in supporting and nurturing young talents, empowering them to represent the nation honorably in international forums.
