Prof. Atef Saleh Al-Tamimi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities for Graduate Studies and Quality at Hadhramout University, met this morning with Prof. Jamal Al-Jaadani, Dean of the Faculty of Languages at the University of Aden, to discuss opportunities for strengthening academic cooperation between the two faculties as part of ongoing efforts to expand collaboration among higher education institutions. During the meeting, both sides discussed establishing an academic partnership and a twinning agreement between the two faculties. The discussions focused on exchanging academic and research expertise, developing graduate programs, enhancing educational outcomes, and promoting collaboration in scientific research, academic supervision, and the organization of joint conferences, seminars, and workshops. The meeting also reviewed mechanisms for cooperation in quality assurance and academic accreditation, while emphasizing the importance of promoting academic exchange visits among faculty members to strengthen institutional collaboration and support the strategic objectives of both universities in achieving academic excellence. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close communication and expanding areas of cooperation to establish a sustainable partnership between the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Hadhramout University and the Faculty of Languages at the University of Aden, in support of their shared goals of advancing higher education, scientific research, and community service.The meeting was attended by Prof. Khaled Awad Bin Makhashin, Professor of English at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
