Hadhramout University resolution No.(125)in 2020, issued on Safar 30,1441 AH , corresponding to October18, 2020 stated after the preamble under article No.(1) to upgradethe level of the Graduation Administrative to a general administrative, named ” General Administration for graduates and expatriates “. Article No.(2)stipulates the decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance. The concerned authorities must adopt and implement the decision.
