
Commencement of Graduation Procedures for Batch 27 – Academic Year 2024–2025

The Student Affairs Office informs all students expected to graduate in the academic year 2024–2025 that graduation procedures will commence on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
Students are required to complete the graduation form available at the following link: http://hu.edu.ye/sts, and upload the necessary documents listed below:
- A personal photo wearing an academic gown.
2. A copy of the high school certificate.
3. A valid proof of identity (national ID card or passport).
4. A copy of the graduation fee receipt.
Students are kindly reminded that the deadline for completing all procedures is June 30, 2025. After this date, the system will be closed and no further submissions will be accepted.
