Imagine a healthy body, full of energy and vitality. We invite you all to attend the free evening session: ✨ “Your Body’s Health: The Key to Your Happiness” ✨
We will help you turn this dream into reality. Together, we will learn how to choose the right foods, avoid common nutritional mistakes, and achieve the perfect balance between health and beauty.
With Clinical Nutrition and Diet Specialist: Sumaia Hamid Al-Kaf, Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the Lebanese University, holder of the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) fellowship, and former Head of the SAM – MAM Department at the Coastal Health Center.
We will cover the following topics:

- Determine your body category: Obesity, Thinness, or Healthy Weight?
⭕ Your Health in Your Hands:
- Deadly Nutrition: How do your daily meals harm your body?
- Diets: What is healthy and what is not? (Keto, Intermittent Fasting, etc.)
- Risks of Unhealthy Diets: Health and psychological problems after unhealthy diets.

- Heal Your Body: How to restore balance to your body with proper nutrition?
