Public Auction No. (1) for the year 2024

Hadhramout University announces a public auction No. (1) Land Lease for Investment Project (Investment in Buffet, College Complex Campus, Al-Mustaqbal – Fuwa).

·  Land lease for a monthly financial fee with a 10% increase every three years.

·  The investor must develop the land within a specified period, after which the facilities will be handed over to the university.

Those who will participate in this auction should submit their written requests during official working hours to the following address: Hadhramout University – General Administration of Purchases and Warehouses – Fuwa – Al Mukalla- Inshaat- Hadhramout to purchase and receive the auction documents in return for an amount of (thirty thousand) Yemeni riyals, not refundable.

The deadline for submission is 11/08/2024

The offers should be presented in a closed, sealed envelope with the name of the company, project, and the auction number in addition to the following:

1-Unqualified bank guarantee according to the same format specified in the t documents, not less than (25%) of the bid value, valid for (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes or a cheque acceptable to payment a cheque acceptable to payment.

2- Two copies of the sales tax certificate and a valid tax card.

3- Two copies of the valid insurance card and the Zakat card.

The deadline for receiving the offers will be at 11:00 Am on Sunday, the 11th of August 2024. Any offer submitted after the stated deadline shall not be considered. The offers will be opened in the Office of the General Secretary in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with a signed and sealed authorization.

Those who wish to participate in this auction must review the documents before submitting their offers during the official hours for a period of (15) days  from the publication of the first announcement.
