Hadhramout University announces a public tender No. (3) Replacing the Water Supply Network at Medicine and Health Science Faculty in Fluk

Those who will participate in this tender should submit their written requests during official working hours, to the following address: Hadhramout University – General Administration of Purchases and Warehouses – Fuwa – Inshaat Previously to purchase and receive the tender documents in return for an amount of (twenty thousand) Yemeni riyals, not refundable

The deadline for submission is on Tuesday 06/06/2023

The offers should be presented in a closed, sealed envelope with the name of the company, project, and the tender number in addition to the following:

1-Unqualified bank guarantee in the lump sum amount (370000) of three hundred and seventy thousand Yemeni rials, valid for one hundred and twenty days from the date of opening the envelopes, or submission of a cheque acceptable to payment.

2- True copy of a valid tax card ( present the original one in the opening of the bid envelops)

3- True copy of a valid assurance card ( present the original one in the opening of the envelops)

4- True copy of the certificate of experience ( present the original one in the opening of the envelops)

5- Previous experience in the implementation of such tenders. as well as the ability to implement post-tendering maintenance services.

The documents should be submitted to the Administration of Purchases and Warehouses – Fuwa – Inshaat Previously. The deadline for receiving the offers will be on Tuesday Morning at 11:00 Am on the 13th of June 2023. Any offer submitted after the stated deadline shall not be considered. The offers will be opened at 11:15 PM on Tuesday Morning,13/06/2023 in the Office of the General Secretary in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with a signed and sealed authorization.

Those who wish to participate in this tender must review the tender documents before submitting their bids during the official hours from the date of this announcement until Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
