Speech by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research
Prof. Amin Al-Qudsi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Republic of Yemen, expressed his pleasure in participating in Hadhramout University’s celebration marking the 70th Anniversary of Yemeni-Chinese Relations.
