The Viva- -Voce examination on the M.A. thesis of the researcher Salem Abdullah Mohammed Hamdoun was held in the Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Marine Biology on Thursday 9 January 2024. The thesis is entitled(Improving the Solar Wells Water Pumping Processes of Wells According to Computational and Engineering Standards of the Local Water and Sanitation Corporation” Al-Shahr)
The examination committee consisted of:
Prof. Salem Mohammed Abdelkader Bin Qadi, Chairman-External Examiner (Aden University).
Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Mubarak Bawadi, Internal Examiner (HU).
Dr.Jamal Abu-baker Awad Abad, Supervisor.
At the beginning of the Examination, the researcher presented a summary of his thesis study on the improvement of well water pumping processes through the use of solar energy according to engineering calculations and scientific standards that contribute to the use of alternative energy and benefit the Water and Sanitation Enterprise of the Directorate of Charms. where the study showed the effects resulting as well as the analysis and refinement of the results as targets included in the thesis.
The thesis was approved after being enriched by scientific examinations and remarks from the examination committee, and the researcher was awarded a master’s degree.
The Examination was attended by the Dean of the faculty, Khaled Awadh Alrabaki, Vice Dean for Academy Affairs, Dr. Ali Muhammed Baabad, Head of the Marine Biology Sciences Department, Dr. Jaafer Omer Bin Omer Baamer, Head of the Environmental Sciences Department Dr. Nada Sheikh Mull Al-Duwila, and several Staff Members, interested students, the researcher’s family, and friends.
