The University President Meets The Administrative Board Of The University Employees Union

Prof. Mohammed Saeed Khanbash, President of Hadhramout University met
the University Administrative Authority of the university staff union and in the meeting , President of the University welcomed the new administrative board that was elected and congratulated them to being granted the confidence of employees for taking the leadership of the union for the next period noting that the presidency of the university will be along with the union to implement The demands, rights and duties according to the available capabilities, he said, “there must be concerted efforts between the administrative board and the presidency of the university, due to what would serve the university’s and community’s affiliates by working as one team for all the university’s components.
They also discussed employee issues, including the payment of the monthly incentive for the late months 50% and guidance to specialists to speed up the completion of administrative settlements as well as the directive to approve the disbursement of an amount of $ 1000 for medical reports for treatment abroad and health insurance for employees, as well as directing the specialists to pay the salaries of contractors at the university at the same time when the salaries of employees are paid, and reviewed a discussion of the lands granted by the university to its members and the possibility of allocating a headquarters for the university employees union.
The President of the University expressed his readiness to implement all the demands and duties of the university’s employees and address them to improve the conditions of the university’s employees and workers for the coming period.
The meeting was attended by: Mr. Abdullah Alawi Aideed, Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Omar Hassan bin Hawla, Assistant Secretary-General for Administrative Affairs, and Mr. Modric Al-Jabri, Assistant Secretary-General for Financial Affairs at the Hadhramout University.
