Prof. Atef Saleh Al-Tamimi, Dean of the Faculty of Open Education at Hadhramout University, met yesterday with the Faculty’s center supervisors following the conclusion of the supplementary examinations for the 2025–2026 academic year. The meeting was attended by Dr. Arwa Abdullah Baawaidhan, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, and Dr. Ahmed Sultan Bin Suraiman, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies.

The meeting brought together supervisors from the Faculty’s centers in Ghail Bawazir, Ash Shihr, Ad Dis Ash Sharqiyah, and Qusayr. Discussions focused on reviewing reports related to the conduct of the supplementary examination process, as well as identifying key observations and challenges encountered during the examination period.

The meeting also addressed several issues related to the performance of the centers and emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination and communication between the Faculty Administration and its centers. Such efforts are expected to contribute to improving academic and administrative performance and enhancing services provided to students.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Al-Tamimi commended the efforts of the center supervisors and staff members, expressing his appreciation for their role in ensuring the successful and orderly administration of the examinations. He also stressed the importance of continuing to work collaboratively in pursuit of the Faculty’s goals and ongoing development.

The meeting was also attended by Mr. Saeed Abdullah Baghari, Director of Admissions and Registration for the Bachelor’s Program; Mr. Salmeen Omar Basurah, Director of Financial Affairs; and Mr. Sami Ali Ba’ajajah, Director of Admissions and Registration for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the Faculty.
