Prof. Muhammad Saeed Khanbash; President of Hadhramout University, expressed his appreciation to Sila Foundation for Development and Rawabi Al-Khair Foundation for choosing Hadhramout University in the training, especially in the field of fish farming, in cooperation with the faculty of Environmental Sciences and Marine Biology.
The President of the University met with Dr. Abdullah Obaid Bahfi; Executive Director of Rawabi Al-Khair Foundation, and Mr. Jamaan Saeed bin Nasser; Director of Projects Department at Rawabi Al-Khair Foundation, as well as Mr. Salem Baftaim; Deputy Director of the Community Development Department in Silah Foundation, and Mr. Muhammad Ahmed bin Marwan; Director of the program.
Dr. Abdullah Bahfi and Mr. Salem Baftaim presented a detailed explanation of the program, its target groups, and the opportunities it offers to participants in the various courses. From his part, Dr. Khalid Awad Al-Rabaki; Dean of the Environmental Sciences and Marine Biology Faculty at Hadhramout University, indicated that this program will have positive outcomes; as it meets the faculty’s specializations in fish farming. Moreover, he pointed out that the faculty will develop its partnerships with the relevant authorities, so that its graduates and students can meet the needs of the labor market, and develop the fisheries through scientific research in this vital and important field in our lives.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Ali Muhammad Baabad; Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, and Mr. Ahmed Zain Bahmaid; General Director of Media Administration at the university.
