At the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center at Hadhramout University, it was announced today that the Department of Pediatrics at the Medicine and Health Sciences Faculty has achieved a historic academic milestone for the first time in the University’s history, ranking third nationally, 556th in Asia, and 1,731st globally, according to the EduRank Global Ranking.
This achievement reflects the Department’s distinguished academic standing, resulting from sustained efforts to enhance the educational process, support scientific research, and improve the quality of clinical training for both students and resident physicians.
The ranking also highlights the commitment of Medicine and Health Sciences Faculty to implementing academic quality standards and keeping pace with advancements across medical specialties, thereby contributing to the preparation of qualified healthcare professionals capable of meeting the needs of the healthcare sector at both local and regional levels.
This international recognition serves as a strong motivation to continue striving for higher rankings regionally and globally, while reinforcing the University’s presence within the international academic community.
