Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, President of Hadhramout University, has issued a decision appointing Dr. Fozy Amer Bin Hweel as Director General of Scientific Research at the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

The decision stipulates the cancellation of any previous appointment to this position and shall take effect from the date of its issuance. Relevant authorities have been instructed to implement and act in accordance with the decision.

This appointment is based on the regulations and legislation governing the operation of Yemeni universities and comes within the framework of strengthening the University’s graduate studies and scientific research system.
