The President of Hadhramout University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khanbash, witnessed today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and the Hadhramout University Language Institute.

The agreement stipulates the development of specialized educational and professional training pathways that combine academic foundations with practical application in the fields of media, management, international relations, diplomacy, communication, and Business English. These programs will be open to holders of bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees from all disciplines, rather than being limited to graduates of directly related fields.

This partnership reflects the university’s transition from a model focused primarily on theoretical knowledge toward one centered on developing practical competencies and professional skills that enhance graduates’ readiness for the labor market. It aims to broaden employment and career advancement opportunities while providing individuals seeking career transitions or professional development with the opportunity to acquire additional specialized skills.
