Hadhramout University President Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khanbash has appointed Prof. Dr. Khaled Mohammed Ahmed Al-Jabri as Deputy Dean of the Open Education Faculty for Postgraduate Studies, in a move reflecting the University’s commitment to strengthening postgraduate programs and advancing academic and research performance.

The Dean of the Open Education Faculty, Prof. Dr. Atef Al-Tamimi, expressed confidence in Dr. Al-Jabri’s ability to make a significant contribution to the Faculty’s progress and draw on his academic and administrative expertise to develop postgraduate programs and enhance academic and research performance at the Open Education Faculty.

Al-Tamimi praised the University President’s decision, affirming that the selection of Dr. Al-Jabri reflects recognition of his academic qualifications and extensive academic and administrative experience. He wished him success in his new responsibilities, expressing confidence that he would be a worthy successor to his predecessor, Dr. Ahmed Sultan Bin Surayman.

Dr. Al-Jabri holds a PhD in Business Administration from Suez Canal University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Al al-Bayt University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hadhramout University. He also has extensive experience in teaching, scientific research, and academic administration.

He also has distinguished experience in postgraduate studies, having supervised and examined several master’s and doctoral theses, as well as expertise in quality, academic development, and strategic planning, along with a diverse research record in management, finance, governance, and institutional performance
