The Continuing Education Unit at the Faculty of Nursing, Hadhramout University, recently organized a training course entitled “The Nursing Student’s Roadmap: From University Studies to Professional Excellence,” delivered by Dr. Ali Bajamzah.

The course was held under the patronage of Dr. Abdullah Saeed Al-Hanashi, Dean of the Faculty, and aimed to help nursing students make the most of their university years and prepare early for their professional careers after graduation. It focused on bridging the gap between academic learning and professional practice while introducing students to the various career pathways and opportunities available to them.

The training used an interactive approach that combined presentations, discussions, and real-world examples. Participants were encouraged to ask questions and discuss their academic and professional futures, while also being guided to develop practical plans for self-improvement and professional growth throughout their studies.

This course forms part of the Continuing Education Unit’s ongoing efforts to support students academically and professionally, promote a culture of continuous development, and contribute to enhancing performance and excellence in the healthcare sector.
