Hadhramout University President Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khanbash reviewed preparations this morning for the art and documentation exhibition highlighting the history of Yemeni–Chinese relations, as part of preparations to mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of relations between the two countries.

The exhibition features paintings and murals documenting aspects of the seven-decade history of relations, along with other artistic and literary works reflecting various forms of cooperation and cultural exchange between Yemen and China.

The University President praised the work completed so far, expressing his satisfaction with the preparations and artistic and organizational arrangements he observed, which reflect the significance of the occasion and highlight the depth of Yemeni–Chinese relations spanning seven decades. He stressed the need to complete the remaining work to the highest standards of preparation and organization.

In the same context, the University President inspected the event hall and directed that several adjustments be made to suit the occasion, ensure the proper reception of guests, and reflect the esteem in which they are held. He also emphasized the importance of completing all artistic and logistical arrangements ahead of the scheduled date.

Prof. Dr. Khanbash directed all working committees to conduct comprehensive rehearsals of their programs and segments well in advance of the event and to ensure the readiness of all organizational and artistic aspects to avoid anything that might disrupt the occasion, which is expected to be attended by several leaders from both countries, as well as official and academic figures.
