The first-level students of the Department of Journalism and Information visited the library of the Faculty of Arts on Wednesday morning 13/11/2019.During the visit, they learned about a group of sources, dictionaries, periodicals and peer-reviewed journals, as well as the method of archiving and documentation. The students were accompanied on the visit by Professor Ahmed Zain Bahamid, the course teacher.
During the visit, the professor introduced the students to the most prominent pavilions of the library, warning of the most important existing references that students will benefit from in their field of study, especially as it relies on research, reading, and he also introduced them to the most prominent scouts, manuscripts, periodicals, the most prominent newspapers and the times of their publication, stressing the necessity of visiting the library, being An important tributary of the information they need in their scientific and practical life in the journalistic field.
