A panel discussion was held at the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance at Hadhramout University, organized by the English Department of the college of Arts, in coordination with the Academic Development Center at the university, to present the experience of the college of Languages at the University of Aden in the field of teaching foreign languages. With the University of Aden and a distinguished relationship that they have had for years, noting that this discussion session will present the experience of the college of Languages at the University of Aden and its stages and development in order to benefit from their experiences And transfer the experience to Hadhramout University to establish the college of Languages in the future in light of the development and progress witnessed by Hadhramout University in university and academic education in line with the needs and requirements of the labor market, expressing his thanks and appreciation to the University of Aden for its cooperation with Hadhramout University in various scientific fields. Dr. Muhammad Barshid, Dean of the college of Arts at the university indicated that this seminar will improve and develop the English Department of the Faculty in the field of translation and contribute to opening new horizons in foreign languages other than English through cooperation and partnership between the English Department of the college of Arts and the college of Languages at the University of Aden during the next stage.
After that, Prof. Dr. Jamal Muhammad Al-Jadani, Dean of the college of Languages, University of Aden, reviewed the experience of the college of Languages, the stages of its establishment, emergence and development, and the field of teaching foreign languages.
